Vacancy: Communications Assistant – Centre for Longitudinal Studies

The UCL Institute of Education’s Department of Social Science is looking to recruit a Communications Assistant to join the Centre for Longitudinal Studies (CLS).

Salary: £27,545 – £32,281 per annum

As well as providing communications support for CLS, the successful candidate will be expected to engage with cohort study members. You will manage the production of print materials, including booklets, birthday cards and letters. You will be expected to look after the four study member websites and social media channels on a daily basis. The successful applicant will also be asked to coordinate CLS’s training workshops and webinars, and provide general administrative support.

This post is available until 31 March 2019 in the first instance.

Person specification

Applicants will have excellent administrative skills, significant experience of using a website content management system and managing the production of print materials. In addition, the applicants will have a proven record of coordinating events and workshops.
